Officials say two men were shot and killed Saturday in a Boyle Heights drive-by involving two cars. One man had apparently just exited his car and was opening his garage when a car, believed to be a black Cadillac, drove by and fired a shot striking the victim in the chest, according to Sam Park, an officer with the Los Angeles Police Department.
