Officials say a Learjet crashed while departing from a Columbia, S.C., airport, killing four people on board and critically injuring two others -- ex-Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and "DJ AM" Adam Goldstein. All six people on board either lived in or had ties to Southern California. Air traffic controllers reported seeing sparks as the plane launched off the end of the runway at the Columbia, S.C. Metropolitan Airport, and crossed a five-lane highway before it burst into flames, The State newspaper in South Carolina reported. The plane was en route to Van Nuys.
