Authorities Monday identified a 2-year-old boy who was killed when he was ejected from a vehicle that was struck by car whose driver ran a red light in Lancaster. Candice Dake, 21, was southbound on 20th Street West in a 2004 Hyundai when she ran a red light at Avenue N and struck the Dodge in which the toddler was riding, said California Highway Patrol Officer Robert Rockafellow.
