Authorities say a babysitter is under arrest on suspicion of murder after the death of a toddler who had stopped breathing in his care near Desert Hot Springs last week. The 2-year-old died at Loma Linda University Medical Center on Wednesday. The Riverside County Sheriff's Department says 25-year-old Eric Puchi had already been arrested for investigation of felony child abuse.
