Beverly Hills voters have narrowly approved a $500 million plan to build a Waldorf-Astoria Hotel and two condominiums on the site of the historic Beverly Hilton. Results of the Nov. 4 election were certified Tuesday by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors. They show Measure H winning by 129 votes -- less than a 1 percent margin.
