Comedian Howie Mandel received the 2,368th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Thursday, 3 1/2 years after he told a fellow comedian he would quit show business and return to his native Canada. Mandel's career was revitalized in late 2005 when he was named to host the NBC game show "Deal or No Deal," which became the network's most-watched entertainment program and spawned a syndicated version premiering Monday that Mandel will also host.
