As the Los Angeles Dodgers prepare for their National League Championship Series against the Philadelphia Phillies, councilmen from the two cities Monday bet Dodger dogs against Philly cheesesteaks that their team will advance to the World Series. Los Angeles Councilman Tom LaBonge and Philadelphia Councilman Curtis Jones Jr. agreed to the bet in advance of Thursday's Game 1 of the best-of-seven series.
