Is Brady The Answer?

Browns Make Me Physically Ill

I love my Browns, always will...but I am sick.

Observation #1

Derek got lucky last year when those recievers went after the ball, be it under or overthrown, or between 3 defenders. However if I can see it, the league can see it. This is a disturbing but predictable problem that's been a thorn in the Browns side since last year's road games with Pittsburgh and Cincinnati. Derek is NOT sufficiently protecting the ball. It makes me ill to think in retrospect that a few well-placed running plays instead of interceptions may have put us in the playoffs last year. Derek may now be, as good as he'll be. Please prove me wrong D.A.!

I can hear the chants now...Brady! Brady! Brady!

Observation #2

I have lost faith in Romeo Crennel. The offsides, the delay of game penalties, I put all of them at his feet. He lacks nerve in his play calling. How does a team come out after the half so ill-prepared to protect and extend a lead? It was disgusting. I've been in the Pound for years, and this mediocrity is turning into apathy.

Observation #3

Can we teach our guys to wrap up and tackle properly? I'm tired of watching running backs go for 8 yards when they got hit at the line of scrimmage, or worse in the backfield. Our one on one tackling is atrocious.

Observation #4

It was good to see Josh Cribbs out there clobbering guys on kick coverage...

When that's the best thing I can say, it's pretty bad. Prepare for 0-4...
