Bucks get no respect!

Call me a homer if you like but why in the heck do the Buckeye's remain at #14 this week after beating an undefeated team and several teams ahead of them got beat?  Let's look at this past weekend and recap how all the "great" teams did....Let's start with USC....hmmmm...Oregon State?  Are you kidding me.  Enough said.  Next, let's move to Georgia...Can you say woodshed butt kicking!  So much for them in the title game...oh, wait...it's still early enough in the season for a loss and they can still make it. (Except if you're Ohio State).  Ok, ummm...Florida...Chomp, Chomp!!  Lost to an unranked team.  Heck Texas Tech moved up to 7th and didn't even play!!  And yet, the Buckeyes win over a Big Ten opponent that was undefeated coming into the game and don't even move a spot!

When is the Buckeye "Hatefest" going to end??  Why are we punishing this team for past failures in the BCS Title Game?  This is a different team.  Yes, some of the players are still there but it's a different team.  The opponents are different, some coaches are different, but I guess times are still the same!  Go to 3 BCS Title games in 6 years and lose a couple and everyone thinks you're a loser.  Nevermind the fact that it's an unbelievable accomplishment to just make it there!

Will running the table and wins at Penn State and Wisconsin get us in the BCS title game??  Probably not, because we lost the last two right??  What does that have to do with the price of beans in China??? 

Paul Krause, the Hall of Fame defensive back that played on the Minnesota Vikings Superbowl teams said it best last week at the Luncheon Club....he said, (answering a question about losing four Superbowls) "We have nothing to be ashamed of, we had great teams and it takes a great team to make it to the championship game".  That's something not too many college football programs can say!
